The Official Simulation Game of India's Most Valuable Workplaces — by WCRC Culture Crest
Building the Most Valuable Workplace
Run a 4,000-person company, or found one from forty people, for one year, week by week. Every Monday you decide where this week's leadership attention and budget go: 52 decisions, a board review every 13 weeks, and an event about once a month. Each decision moves the ten parameters of the WCRC Workplace Value Index, and the parameters move your departments, your attrition, your productivity and your rank among the 1,000 organisations in the cohort. Reach Value Vanguard and the top of the cohort, and you have built India's most valuable workplace.

Engagement, Recognition, Learning, Leadership, Wellbeing, Fairness, Growth and Systems: offsites and adventure trips sit beside pay bands and speak-up channels. Every card names the parameters it moves.
A principle of the index: motivation events lift Trust for a quarter, then fade unless managers, fairness and decisions improve with them. The game charges you when perks outnumber systems.
An adventure trip for "top performers" costs fairness unless the criteria are written. The same trip by lottery, or an awards night with calibrated criteria, builds belonging without a bill.
Weighted 9–11% each, exactly as the Workplace Value Index. Parameters 6–10 are the Equity Index: neglect them and value leaks out as extraction.
Each card names the parameters and indicators it moves. Some help one thing and cost another. The dashboard shows the effect the moment you commit.
Points come from score gained, equity kept level with value, a narrow profile spread, and surviving events. A single strong parameter cannot carry you.
Vanguard is named for V1, Value Vanguard, the top band of the WCRC Workplace Value Index and the goal of the game. Illustrative simulation built on the published WCRC Culture Crest methodology. Figures describe a fictional company and no assessed organisation. Weights, bands and indicators are the real ones; the effects are a teaching model, not the assessment.

What your decisions taught, parameter by parameter
Scores, bands and weights follow the published WCRC Workplace Value Index. Everything else in this game is illustrative. Only a primary assessment answers how valuable a real workplace is.
